On this page, visitors will visually understand, step by step, how the company implements air and water pollution control systems. On the air side, chimney smoke will be captured and transferred into the pollution control device. On the water side, the wastewater treatment process will be shown, ending with cleaner discharge or reusable water output.
Factory chimney, dust source, process wastewater, drainage line, production load and available space are checked first.
Bag filter, cyclone, wet scrubber, venturi scrubber, ETP/STP/WTP tank design, duct line, pump, blower and control panel requirement are calculated.
Mechanical team completes fabrication, ducting, piping, platform, tank, blower, pump and pollution control device installation at site.
Polluted smoke/dust is captured from the source, transferred through ducts and treated inside the device before cleaner air output.
Wastewater goes through collection, equalization, reaction/aeration, settling, filtration and final treated water output.
After commissioning, air/water testing, pollution report, consent support, documentation and AMC support help the industry stay compliance-ready.
